H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai met with participants in a workshop on ‘The Culture of Excellence in Government Services’, which was organised by the Ministry of Cabinet Affairs at the Grand Hyatt Hotel today.
