UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum visited Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al Ahmed Al Jaber Al Sabah at his place of residence in the Egyptian resort city of Sharm El Sheikh today.
