UAE Vice-President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum met, this afternoon at his palace in Zabeel, the UAE National team that took part in the Paralympic Games, in the presence of Crown Prince of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum praised the world sports achievement at the hands of the UAE Paralympic Team that won seven gold, silver and bronze medals in the Paralympic Games competitions held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. His Highness also affirmed that the will overcomes the impossible, as no success may be achieved without will, purposefulness and insistence on success and victory.

Moreover, His Highness issued an order to offer financial rewards to the team members to motivate and encourage them to occupy front positions in the upcoming regional and international competitions.
