Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, this noon at the Friendship Palace in Moscow Vladimir Putin, Russian Prime Minister, who welcomed him at the entrance of the Palace. They had lunch at a banquet held by Putin at the Friendship Palace in Moscow in appreciation of UAE Prime Minister and his companions.
