UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum met with Mexican President this evening at Los Pinos, the Presidential Palace in Mexico City. He was awarded an official reception in the palace yard, in the presence of UAE Foreign Minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan and the accompanying delegation. His Highness held talks with Mexican President, Enrique Pena Nieto. The discussions dealt with a number of international, political and economic issues and ways to enhance the bilateral relations between the two countries through strategic and constructive partnership in all economic and investment sectors, which are based on the joint interest of the two friendly peoples. Sheikh Mohammed and Mexico's President attended the signing ceremony of an agreement to protect and encourage investment between the two parties. The agreement was signed by Foreign Minister, Sheikh Abdullah and Mexican Secretary of Economy, Ildefonso Guajardo Villarreal. Sheikh Mohammed presented a copy of his book '' Flashes of Thought" in Spanish language to the Mexican President who took it and promised to read and know ideas and visions of His Highness. Sheikh Mohammed signed a photo of him with the Mexican President then he and his accompanying delegation left the Palace.
