With a special invitation to citizens with special needs from all emirates, UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum met a group of citizens with special needs at his palace. These individuals face challenges with motor skills, along with hearing and speaking disabilities, in their work. Yet they contribute with various innovations for the benefit of their community and country in their respective fields and as per their abilities.
