UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum made a sudden inspection visit to the premises of the Ministry of Public Works in Dubai of which the Ministry's employees and reviewers had no idea.
