UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum launched the “Second Market” in the UAE financial markets, after reviewing the project presented by the Securities and Commodities Authority in this regard. His Highness directed that trading should begin over the next few months. The announcement was made when Shaikh Mohammed received Minister of Economy, Chairman of SCA Board of Directors Sultan Bin Saeed Al Mansouri and the Chief Executive Officer of the SCA Abdullah Salem Al Turifi, who made presentations to His Highness on the project objectives, stages of completion and positive impact on the financial markets and the national economy.
