H.H. Sheik Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, launched the model of the Leader of the 21st Century, in the presence of Crown Prince of Dubai H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. The model is designed by the UAE government to achieve a quantum leap in national capacity building, preparation of competencies and leaderships at the federal government. Further, it focuses on the national level, building an effective relationship network between the government leaders and promoting the relationship with the private sector.
