His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai has launched Emirates Initiative to Connect with Orphans and Minors. Emirates Initiative to Connect with Orphans and Minors comes in accordance with His Highness approach to launch charitable community-based initiatives in Ramadan each year.  "Our Emirati society is a global model of compassion and cohesion between all segments. This trait stems from our commitment to the teachings of Islam which urges us to show mutual compassion as well as adhere to our national and Arab traditions. We want all members of the Emirati society to be part of the ongoing process of building the country. That is why we are always keen to extend support to all segments including orphans and minors.” Sheikh Mohammed said.
