Mohammed bin Rashid launches ‘Area 2071’ to be the cornerstone of UAE Centennial 2071 plan
Vice President, Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum gave the starting signal of launching Area “2071” to be the cornerstone of UAE Centennial 2071 plan aiming at shaping the future. Accompanying Sheikh Mohammed on the visit were Dubai Crown Prince HH Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum; Dubai Deputy Ruler HH Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum
The ‘Area 2017’ is located in Emirates and will house international smart companies, services and laboratories and act as an umbrella that brings together all UAE Government Accelerators and Dubai’s Future and International Youth Center Accelerators.
This project aims at attracting SMEs that have laboratories that aim at creating visions, tools and technological solution to shape the future.
