UAE Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, attended this morning the official launch of the Abdullah Al Ghurair Foundation for Education, one of the largest privately funded philanthropic education initiatives in the world at the headquarters of Zayed University in Dubai.  This launch is in line with the international endowment vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum to revive endowment as a community development tool.
