His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, has launched the fourth generation of the government excellence system, the first of its kind in the world. The Program focuses on results and is designed to promote government performance. The aim of the fourth generation of the government excellence system is to upgrade the system of government work on innovative basis and standards. Building on achieved results as the foundation for excellence in government services, the Program focuses on three main areas: achievement of the vision, innovation and empowerment to realize the highest rates of people's happiness and satisfaction. "Today we have launched the fourth generation of the government excellence system, a new phase which represents the excellence we aspire to in the government work, and draws a proactive approach to future governments to serve our people and country. It also complements the path of excellence that we started 20 years ago when we launched the Dubai Quality Award." Said Sheikh Mohammed. The fourth generation of the Government Excellence System was launched in the presence of Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai.
