Mohammed bin Rashid launched a new initiative under the name 'Noor Dubai'

H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai launched a new global human initiative today in the holy month of Ramadan, under the name 'Noor Dubai', aiming to deliver preventive eye care to over one million people across the globe, as part of its drive to realise its vision of a world free from curable forms of blindness.
