Mohammed bin Rashid inaugurates the first center in the world to print the Quran in all writing styles and variant readings
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President, Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, this evening inaugurated the "Mohammed Bin Rashid Quran Printing Centre", the world's first of its kind to provide copies of the Quran in all famous writing styles and variant readings. The annual capacity in the first phase will reach 6 million copies and 16 million copies in the next phases. Commenting on the occasion in the presence of H.H. Sheikh Maktoum Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Deputy Ruler of Dubai and Chairman of Dubai Media Incorporated, Sheikh Mohammad said, "UAE has dedicated from the beginnings until now plenty of efforts for serving the book of God, through Quran Memorisation Centres, through the invitation of scholars well-versed in Quran sciences, the launch of the Holy Quran Award and the deployment of Holy Qur'an all over the world".
