This morning, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, inaugurated the third stage of the structural extensions made to the premises of Higher Colleges of Technology, Dubai Women’s College.
