Mohammed bin Rashid Inaugurates Government Summit Exhibition for Future Services

  Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, inaugurated the exhibition of future government services today in Jumeirah city. The inauguration comes a day before the launch of the 2nd round of the Government Summit 2014, which will focus on ways to develop modern governmental managerial practices. The Government Summit will be attended by more than 3,500 participants, along with governmental delegations from 50 countries, the United Nations, the World Economic Forum, and a number of specialists and experts from the public and private sectors. The inauguration of the exhibition was attended by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai. During the opening ceremony, Sheikh Mohammed said: “The future holds great technological transformations with which we aspire to cope. The UAE government will seek to build a partnership and integrate with the private sector to make a different life for communities. We will also provide an integrated environment in the UAE government, to experience every new product in the world of technology and innovation.” The exhibition was developed by more than 100 designers, technicians, researchers, and artists from 18 countries and will last for three days, coinciding with the Government Summit in Jumeirah, Dubai.
