UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum inaugurated the 31st edition of the Gulf Information Technology Exhibition (GITEX 2011), at the Dubai World Trade Centre this morning.
