Mohammed bin Rashid honors winners of the second Best m-Government Service Awards

UAE Vice President, Prime Minister, Ruler of Dubai H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum honored the winners of the second Best m-Government Service Awards among national, Arab, and international levels and UAE university students. The honoring took place at the closing ceremony of the 3rd Government Summit which was held from 9-11 February under the theme "Shaping Future Governments”. Present at the ceremony were Crown Prince of Dubai H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai H.H. Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, a number of sheikhs, ministers, and senior officials.
