  Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, honored the winners of the Best Mobile-Government Service Award, in a special ceremony today. The award attracted a significant participation on the local, Arab and international level. The honoring ceremony was held during the concluding session of the Government Summit, as names of all winners from local, Arab and International institutions were announced in presence of representatives from the qualified teams who reached the final stages of the Award's different categories.
