UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum honored Togo for its project that won the Edge of Government Innovation Award. The project addresses one of the major problems facing the society in Togo and other countries prone to natural disasters. It assists in providing a proactive response to disasters; saving the lives of many residents of such regions and helping them take the necessary precautions.
