Mohammed bin Rashid Honors the Islamic Personality of the Year and the Winners of Dubai International Holy Quran Awards (DIHQA)

During the closing ceremony held at Rashid Hall in DWTC this evening, His Highness Sheikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai honored the participants in the competition of Dubai International Holy Quran Awards, the first three winners, the juries and Dr. Zaghloul Al Naggar who was named the Islamic Personality of the Year. Present were H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairman of Dubai Executive Council, H.H. Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairman of the Dubai Technology and Media Free Zone Authority and H.H. Sheikh Majid bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
