Mohammed bin Rashid honors second batch of Chief Happiness and Positivity Officers graduates

UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, honored 60 graduates of the second batch of Chief Happiness and Positivity Officers, representing 48 local and federal entities. The Chief Happiness and Positivity Officers will work on creating a positive and happy work environment inside the government entities, coordinating efforts, developing and implementing the initiatives aiming at achieving happiness inside those organizations, and achieving the objectives of the National Program for Happiness and Positivity.
