Mohammed bin Rashid heads UAE delegation to GCC summit

UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum will head the UAE delegation to the 32nd Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Summit which will be held today in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
