Mohammed Bin Rashid heads to Moscow in an official visit to Russia

H.H. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, arrived this noon in Moscow in a two day visit to the Federal Republic of Russia in response to an invitation by Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin.
