Mohammed bin Rashid heads new Cabinet meeting

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum; Vice President, Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai chaired the first meeting of the new Cabinet at Abu Dhabi today. His Highness asserted that ministries enjoy full administrative and financial independence, and further announced the establishment of a new administrative unit responsible for developing clear performance measurement schedules and action plans.
