Mohammed bin Rashid directs to found UAE Cultural Development Fund and launch Creative Industries Contributions Index

UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, directed to launch UAE Cutural Development Fund, and assigned the Ministry of Culture and Knowledge Development to found and oversee the Fund.
His Highness, Sheikh Mohammed also directed to launch Creative Industries Contributions Index for the UAE gross domestic product to determine the cultural sector’s contribution, with its different paths and specializations, in supporting the economic development process.
