Mohammed bin Rashid crowns winners of Arab Reading Challenge

UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, crowned today Palestinian student Afaf Sherif, the winner of the second edition of Arab Reading Challenge in a huge ceremony held in Dubai.
Present at the ceremony were Crown Prince of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, a number of sheikhs and officials, Arab Education and Culture Ministers, representatives of diplomatic missions and a host of media and cultured people.
