Mohammed bin Rashid crowned FEI World Endurance Championship winner

UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum was crowned winner of the 2012 FEI World Endurance Championship for the Individual and Team categories during today’s honouring ceremony at Euston Park in Suffolk, UK. Sheikh Mohammed, who led the UAE team to harvest gold, was given a warm welcome upon his arrival to attend the ceremony which kicked off by screening video shots from various stages of the 2012 FEI event. The screening was concluded with Sheikh Mohammed galloping to victory riding the 12-year-old Madji Du Pont followed by Sheikh Rashid bin Dalmouk Al Maktoum and Ali Khalfan Al Jahouri. The event was attended by Dubai Deputy Ruler and Minister of Finance sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum and Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan.
