In the first electronic meeting with UAE citizens and residents, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai H.H. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum confirmed that the federal government considers citizens its axis of operation, as the government was put in service of the people, not vice versa. His Highness emphasized that he repeated this saying to all officials, asking them to leave their offices to go out and directly communicate with the people and hear their perspectives. This will enable these officials to meet the peoples’ needs efficiently and quickly, using the simplest procedures ever.
