Mohammed bin Rashid checks readiness of horses for World Endurance Championships 2016

UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum checked readiness of the UAE horses taking part in the World Endurance Championships 2016, scheduled to launch at Samorin, Republic of Slovakia. A record 136 riders from 46 nations, including the UAE, will compete in the 160-kilometer endurance race.
This was during his visit this noon to the race headquarters in the company of Crown Prince of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. He had a review of medical checkup of horses and weighing procedures of riders to take part in the race as High Highness is keen to follow up final preparations for their international mission.
The UAE Five-Rider Team participating in the World Endurance Championships 2016 is led by Crown Prince of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the titleholder of the previous version of the Championship held at Normandy Province as a part of the FEI World Equestrian Games – Normandy 2014.
