UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, chaired the UAE Cabinet meeting, held this morning at the Presidential Palace, and adopted the National Family Policy, comprised of main pillars that address marriage, child care, and family protection.

Sheikh Mohammed directed to formulate a federal coordinating council to put forward a framework for the policy, highlighting the vital position of the Emirati family, being the core and pillar of the society.
