Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, attended a part of the Executive Council meeting in Dubai held this morning at Emirates Towers and presided by H.H. Sheikh Hamdan Bin H.H. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, and attended by H.H. Maktoum Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai and Deputy Chairman of the Executive Council.
