Mohammed bin Rashid chairs HCC’s inaugural meeting

UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum chaired the inaugural meeting of the Humanitarian Consultative Council, which was held today at Mina Al Salam Hotel in Dubai. The meeting was attended by the Ruler’s Representative in the Western Region and Chairman of the Emirates Red Crescent His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Secretary General of the Arab League Dr. Nabil Al Arabi and Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council Dr. Abdulatif bin Rashid Al Zayani.
