UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum chaired the first board meeting of "Mohammed Bin Rashid Library" in the presence of Dubai Crown Prince and Chairman of the Executive Council of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum at his office in Emirates Towers. His Highness instructed the board members to attract the best minds, writers, intellectuals and linguists for the library.
