UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum has arrived in Baku, leading a high-level delegation, in an official two-day visit to Azerbaijan at the invitation of President Ilham Aliyev. At the start of the official visit to Azerbaijan, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum has visited and laid a wreath at the tomb of Azerbaijan founder, the late President Heydar Aliyev, in Baku, which is located in the Honorary Cemetery that incorporates more than 500 Azerbaijani elite scientists, politicians, artists, intellectuals, economists. Sheikh Mohammed, also, has visited and laid a wreath at the Eternal Flame memorial inside the Honorary Cemetery at city of Baku, in Yasamal region.
