Mohammed bin Rashid attends World Customs Organization conference
UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum attended the opening of World Customs Organization Information Technology conference (WCO IT) and Exhibition, under the theme of "Effective Solutions for Coordinated Border Management". The three-day conference, which kicked off at Atlantis Hotel-Dubai under the patronage of Sheikh Mohammed, will discuss issues related to borders and ports security as well as ways to facilitate foreign trade. Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Lt. General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan delivered the UAE keynote word in the conference. The event was also attended by Dubai Deputy Ruler Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammad bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairman of Arts and Culture Authority Sheikh Majid bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, in addition to several heads of public and private institutions and more than 1000 Arab and foreign professionals.
