Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum attended the West Africa Investment Forum, accompanied by Dubai Deputy Ruler Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. Six heads of the eight UEMOA member countries also participated in the forum, which was launched this morning at Madinat Jumeirah in Dubai.
