Mohammed bin Rashid attends the opening session of the 2nd International Conference for Arabic Language

UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum attended today  the 2nd International Conference for Arabic Language being held under his patronage for three days and organized by the International Council for Arabic Language in cooperation with UNESCO, the Association of Arab Universities and the Arab Bureau of Education for the Gulf States. Over a thousand UAE , Arab, Islamic and foreign personalities from seventy Arab and foreign countries are participating in the conference. Minister of Culture, Youth and Community Development Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan thanked Sheikh Mohammed for his patronage of this international event. He said Sheikh Mohammed’s presence at the opening session of this scientific and cultural gathering stems from his conviction and great keenness to protect the Arabic language and enhance its place in the life of the individuals and the progress of the community.
