H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, attended the main session of the Arab Philanthropy Consultation Forum led by number of prominent philanthropists at Monarch Hotel in Dubai.
