Mohammed bin Rashid attends the launch of the Customers' Happiness Factory

UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, in the presence of Deputy Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, attended today the launch of the Customers' Happiness Factory in Dubai. The Customers' Happiness Factory, the initiative implemented by Emirates Programme for Excellence in Government Services, aims at developing packages of joint governmental services according to the best international standards focused around the happiness of customers such as streamlining procedures and cutting effort, time and cost of services.
