His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai with the presence of Lt. General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior attended the graduation ceremony of the “23rd” batch of Command and Staff Officers at the Joint Command and Staff College in Abu Dhabi. Held on the premises of the college, the graduation ceremony was attended by sheikhs and commanders of the divisions of the Armed Forces, senior officers and a number of diplomatic corps heads from sister and friend countries. At the conclusion of the ceremony, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, accompanied by Lt. General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan received the guests invited to the ceremony including ambassadors, military attaches at UAE, and a number of military officers from sister and friend countries who congratulated His Highness on the eminent scientific and military level of the College recognized all over the world.
