UAE Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum attended this morning the graduation ceremony of the 15th Batch of the Higher Colleges of Technology students held at Abu Dhabi National Theatre.
