UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum in the presence of the Crown Prince of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and Elizabeth II, Queen of the United Kingdom and Commonwealth Countries attended the second day of Royal Ascot Horserace in England due to be concluded on Saturday.
