Mohammed bin Rashid attends the 12th Dubai International Racing Carnival

UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum attended this evening at Ned Sheba racecourse the 12th round of the season and second round of Dubai International Racing Carnival held under the patronage of Dubai Commercial Bank.
