UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum attended the signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding between Al Yah Satellite Communications “Yahsat”, which is a subsidiary of and owned by Mubadala Development Company “Mubadala” , Masdar Institute of Science and Technology and “ Orbital ATK”, in the presence of Deputy Ruler of Dubai and Minister of Finance H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, today. The MOU is a part of a joint initiative to release the first Master’s program in advanced space studies in GCC countries, which is accredited by Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
