Mohammed bin Rashid attends launch of Global Happiness Coalition

UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, in the presence of Crown Prince of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, attended the launch of Global Happiness Coalition, gathering ministers from 6 different countries: the UAE, Portugal, Costa Rica, Mexico, Kazakhstan, and Slovenia.
Sheikh Mohammed confirmed that the world needs a new form of coalitions aiming at good and happy life for people.
