Mohammed bin Rashid attends graduation of 1st generation CHPOs in federal and local government entities

UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum in the presence of Deputy Ruler of Dubai and Minister of Finance His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum attended the graduation ceremony of the 1st generation of Chief Happiness and Positivity Officers (CHPOs) in federal and local government entities comprising 60 Chief Happiness and Positivity Officers who were qualified through a training program as part of the National Happiness And Positivity Program in collaboration with Berkeley University on California and Oxford University in the UK.
