UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum accompanied by Crown Prince of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum attended, this morning at Khalifa Bin Zayed Air College in Al Ain, the 46th graduation ceremony for air cadet and cadet pilot officers.
