Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai H.H. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum attended part of the four-day Government Innovation Workshop held by Sheikh Khalifa Government Excellence Program, in cooperation with INSEAD, at the Emirates Towers in Dubai.
